I can’t stop playing this addictive game and here is why

I can’t believe than 20 years ago the first sims 1 came out, and it aged so well. It’s probably the most addictive game I ever played and I can’t stop (I don’t want to).

I am a huge fan of the Sims franchise, for as long as I can remember I’ve played all the sims, expansions spin-off that I could get my hands on.

I was in high school when I have my first encounter with the first Sims game; it was a revolution!

I still remember playing hours and hours, completely absorbed for the mere fact that I could be an adult and do adult stuff.

I could go to work, I could earn my own money and take care of myself, decide what to spend the money I was earning, pay the rent… I was fascinated by this vanilla concept.

I remember taking care of my first baby, going back and forth changing nappies, making bottles and seeing the little thing grew up and become a child!

I remember playing by the rules and going to work every day, not skipping one day and saving money for the next high-resolution tv.

By the way, this is the most boring part of the game, waiting for your sim to come back from work, but Maxis knew how to solve this, pressing a simple key and…
