My fitness journey.

I used to hate doing any kind of exercise when I was a kid. The only exercise I was ok with was swimming (I still love swimming).
Unfortunately, where I used to live, there was no option to go swimming in the winter. I used to spend the summer soaking wet in a swimming pool, mostly playing with my brother and all the kids in my neighbourhood (not really swimming just goofing around).

I grew up, and that came with more responsibilities, study all morning and working a part-time job in the afternoons.
I had hardly any time for exercise, just some spare hours on the weekends, but I preferred to do something else, like binge-watching anime or tv shows or.. playing video games (after all I am an indie game developer so… for research purposes….).

I wasn’t too worried about my weight; I was a kid. When you are a kid, you just need to walk 3 steps to burn 500 of calories (I am joking).
Until I was older, and I changed, I gained some weight; I was sick too often due of lack of activity plus not a great diet.
I wasn’t happy at all and I decided to change my lifestyle, That’s how I started my fitness journey.
